We take confidentiality seriously. All records are handled with care and digitized in accordance with industry standards and Law Society of Ontario (LSO) guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website are the property of Clerk2Cloud and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

5. Payment & Pricing

Pricing is provided via quote and is subject to change based on project scope. Final costs will be confirmed in writing before commencement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to physical files and provide clear instructions for indexing and platform upload, if applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clerk2Cloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss not caused by our negligence.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of our services implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
